Shipping Policy

All Valora Home pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 10 business days for production before shipment.

We ship worldwide via express courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3–5 business days for the United States and most international destinations.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Important – Unboxing Video

Upon receiving your order, please record an unboxing video of the unopened package being opened. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, this video is required to process any claim within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without unboxing video evidence cannot be accepted.
